EU/EØS implementing stricter rules and regulations Acrylamide in food 2018

Here you will find the EU and EØS regulatation implemented April 2018 for EU.In EØS area it will be implemented by end of June 2018. Both Industry and Horeca segments have now lower allowed levels of Acrylamide in food in addition to follow ALARA ( As Low AReasonable Achievable.)  When it comes to French Fries processing, using Zeracryl lactic acid will secure the French Fries Producers and Processors to prepare a healthy Product and to follow the new rules.

In EØS area it will be implemented by end of June 2018.
